At Matrons Care our supported living referred to, are our personalised support we provide to our clients so they can live as independently as possible and happy lives. In our supported living accommodation, we encourage and motivate our clients to do as much as they can for themselves so that it becomes a routine which allows them to live a happy and fulfilling life. The support we provide is to support our clients by prompting and praising them to try and attempt things they like to do and to learn new things to give them variety in life and to enjoy the fulness of life through learning and becoming independent.

At Matrons Care our supported living services is a care option that allows a significant level of liberation to our clients who have definite care needs but want to be able to live more independently and our supported living cater for clients from various spectrum.

We believe that partaking in every day task fosters independence in our clients and encourages them to take part in grocery shopping, doing laundry, assisting with meal preparation and prompting on personal hygiene, medication prompt and management, assisting with the process of taking public transport and keeping their personal space clean and tidy.

We are aware that clients needs are different and where some clients requires more support, we work with them to ensure their experience is to live a full and happy life while in our supported living accommodation that ensures they are cared for with dignity, respect and fulfillment.

We provide services for clients with Health challenges such as reduced mobility, medication schedules, and reduced vision can make it unsafe for some people to continue to live independently. Supported living can be a great option for persons who need assistance in their day to day lives but do not need regular medical care. Our professionally trained carers will work closely with you to develop a personalised support plan focusing on your abilities, goals, interests, and skills. We work hard to meet any support needs that you may have, to help you fulfil your potential and live full, active and happy lives. Our goal is to promote inclusion in all aspects of society, which allows our clients to live independently in our accommodations.

We also provide supported living carers with those clients who feel better to be cared for in their own home or apartment out in the community, our carers will provide the supports necessary for you to foster independence, enjoying fullness of life and dignity and respect while caring for you.
